We accept all major and common forms of payment.
All orders are shipped within 3-5 business days to allow time for production.
Unless there are exceptional circumstances, we make every effort to fulfill your order within [3-5] business days of the date of your order. Business days are Monday through Friday 8:00AM – 4:00PM EST, except holidays. Please note we do not ship on Saturday and Sunday. Date of delivery may vary due to carrier shipping practices, delivery location, method of delivery, and the items ordered.
NOTE: Due to COVID-19, your order may experience delivery delays depending on carrier practices, availability and unforeseen circumstances. We apologize in advance if this does occur and thank you for all your support and understanding.
The shipping rates are charged based on the weight and location. To receive an order estimate simply add the items to your cart and proceed to the checkout page. Upon checkout, shipping and tax will display for a final cost. Please review the final cost before completing the order.
NOTE: Additional shipping charges may apply to remote areas and the weight of an order. Upon completing the order you will be advised of the charges.
Sales tax is charged according to the providence or territory to which the item is shipped.
NOTE: Please check the receipt name, address, and apt or suite for accuracy upon submitting your order. We are not at fault for any missing or incorrect information entered. Please be informed we will not ship or reship an order for free due to missing or incorrect information entered. We will attempt to contact the carrier to see if they can update and reroute your order, however it is not guaranteed that they will be able to. If any order is updated for any reason or has to be reordered, the purchaser will incur the cost to reship the order.
Once tracking information is provided by the shipping carrier, we will update your order with the tracking information. Please note that some orders using 1st Class USPS mail may not have tracking numbers.
Note: Once an order is in the possession of a carrier it is the responsibility of the purchaser to track and monitor the order to ensure a successful delivery.
If an item goes on back order, we notify you right away to make any necessary changes. When the item becomes available, we will ship the entire order together if you choose to wait. You will not be charged any additional shipping and handling for a second shipment if it is necessary.
