Because of the nature of these items, as well as to minimize contact due to current pandemic, unless items arrive damaged or defective we will not accept returns for the following:1. We will not honor any returns that are related to candle not being strong enough to scent home as our current collection are not created for that purpose.2. Items have been usedTo receive full refund for order. Please contact us with 15 business days of your purchase. Items must be unused to qualify and purchaser will be responsible for return cost. Items must be returned within 21 business days.If there are any dissatisfaction with orders please contact us at email@example.com 15 business days so that we can make things right.
Any order discrepancies must be reported within 3-5 business days of product being delivered by shipping courier so that we can correct order if order is incorrect.
