"A Thankful Embrace of Nature's Transition"

In the tapestry of nature's grand design, trees stand as silent sentinels, bearing witness to the ebb and flow of seasons. As the vibrant hues of autumn paint the world with warmth, it is a poignant moment to pause and express heartfelt gratitude for the steadfast presence of these arboreal wonders. Trees, with their majestic canopies and rustling leaves, gift us not only with oxygen but also with a sanctuary of peace, inviting us to connect with the essence of the natural world.

Amidst the crisp air and the symphony of falling leaves, the autumn season becomes a gentle reminder to give thanks for the cyclical dance of life. Each tree, in its graceful transition, mirrors the beauty of change, urging us to embrace our own seasons of growth and transformation. As we wander beneath their branches, let us extend our gratitude to these noble companions, recognizing that, like the trees shedding their leaves, we too can release what no longer serves us and make space for new beginnings. In this season of thanks, let the rustling leaves and towering trees be our guides, leading us to a deeper connection with nature and a profound appreciation for the ever-changing canvas of autumn.

"The Profound Benefits of Tree Hugging"

Ā Did you know that trees are one of the most spiritually advanced as they constantly meditate with subtle energy? Most people thing that trees and plants are just there to make the place look pretty but they are not. They are loving and living sentient beings.
Not only do they absorb carbon dioxide and change it into oxygen, but trees can also absorb negative energy and turn it into positive ones. Trees are also full of electricity, enough to power you home. We are all electric beings.
Our connection with trees is just as important as the connection in our relationships which benefits both trees and humans.
Every type of tree has their on characteristic and benefits and you can start connecting with the trees around you. Trees in your front yard, back yard, community, local park and such.
Hereā€™s one simple way you can start connecting with trees:
1. Establish an energy relationship with the tree. Create a silent communication. Work with all types of trees and see which one works best for you. Be open and respectful to the tree. You can do this by having thoughts of gratitude and greeting every tree you pass by on your daily run, jogging or bike ride.Ā
2. Tree hugging is one of the most simplest ways you can establish connection: Absorb tree energy and return it to the tree by using you palms and insides of the arms to absorb through your fingertips and outsides to return the energy. Say an affirmation, prayer or embody thoughts of gratitude. You can also sit at the roots of the tree you connect with and meditate for a few moments.
Donā€™t be shy, We are one!
